He doesn't seem concerned about the corpse or the absence of yet another of the designated killers.]

It's unfortunate Miss Aihara had to leave early, but she could have avoided that fate herself. As for Miss Aozaki, she performed well, though maybe a little too messily.

I do not think that he cares enough to even pretend to have words for them, Miss Nevermind. Is that not so, Mr. Producer?

As I said, Miss Aihara's death was unfortunate. She seemed like a nice girl. Miss Aozaki probably didn't really have to make such a mess, but maybe she really was thinking of the ratings.

[He doesn't sound as if he's mocking them--he might even sound sincere, in a serious and clipped sort of way.]

Would you really want me to talk about them, though?

If you believe that, why were you unable to free her from the room? Are you not the Producer - higher still than the Hostess in rank? You do not need to speak of Miss Aozaki, either; her reasons were not in the ratings.

[Kaoru will leave his question unaddressed for the time being, but it'll come as a surprise to no one that the answer will be "no not really".....]

The rules have to be followed. Everyone here should be especially aware of how important that is, even more than the others playing this game.

It is too grim... Looking at it in such a way is far too grim, but the outlook is not as good as it once was. I cannot accept the idea that we will all fall to a similar fate.
