I hope this letter finds you safely. A young woman told me that you were here at the academy, I'm surprised I haven't run into you yet. How long have you been here? I arrived early December and I've already met Miss Ukraine and Poland. Have you met with them too? Do you know how many of us are here?
I'm happy to report that I'm doing well, although I've still yet to get the hang of magic. How are you finding it? I assume you've been enrolled at the academy as well. It's all very enthralling but I would be lying if I said I didn't have my suspicions. How suddenly we appeared here, as well as the fact we're not allowed out of the academy grounds is somewhat worrying. I'm sure you're just as eager as me to find out how everyone is doing back home, although I'm afraid I have no idea how to contact anyone outside of the academy. Have you been able to contact people from outside? If so, please tell me how.
We should meet up sometime. I'm eager to catch up. Do you think it would be a good idea to arrange some kind of meeting with the others to discuss the situation?
